Cigeotech Engineering Ltd was founded to close a persistent gap in Nigerian construction — the distance between what the soil actually is and what a design assumes it to be. Operating from Kurmin Mashi in Kaduna, we have grown from a specialist soil investigation outfit into an integrated foundation engineering practice.
Today we drill, test, advise on design, construct and verify — covering the full life of a foundation from the first borehole to the final integrity certificate. Our clients are contractors, consulting engineers, developers and government agencies working on bridges, highways, high-rise buildings, industrial plants and water infrastructure across the federation.

Quality Control & Material Testing
Soils, aggregates, concrete and asphalt tested in our Kaduna laboratory and on site, with every result traceable to a sample, a location and a date.
Bridge & Structural Integrity Test
Non-destructive assessment supported by targeted coring, quantifying in-situ strength, cover and defects, then setting out prioritised remedial recommendations.
Pile Load & Integrity Test
Static maintained load testing and low-strain integrity testing — proving capacity and shaft continuity before the superstructure goes up.
